Energy Observer mets Maestrale

The hydrogen vessel team met our Coordinator

The Energy Observer‏ Vessel, the first hydrogen vessel around the world, met Maestrale project this summer by interviewing prof. Simone Bastianoni, Maestrale Project Coordinator from Ecodynamics Group of University of Siena.
With a dedicated interview Professor Bastianoni had the opportunity to talk about the project, its main goals, principles and its importance in terms of sustainability investigations on marine renewable energies. The magazine said that “The Maestrale Project is preparing the Mediterranean for renewable energy” and that “The Mediterranean sea could be a formidable renewable energy source”. An important confirmation that the objectives identified by the project are in line with main challenges and trends for a better sustainable Mediterranean sea.
