The Maritime-Marine Cluster of Andalusia (CMMA), with the collaboration of EnerOcean and the Port Authority of Seville, organizes the Open Day of MAESTRALE project that will take place on 17th October at the Activity Centre of the Port of Seville.

The Open Day is the final event to inform institutions, companies and citizens about the results obtained from the Blue Energy Labs (BEL) held in Malaga, Almeria, Cadiz and Granada, and it will be inaugurated by the President of the Port Authority of Seville, Rafael Carmona; the Director of the Andalusian Energy Agency, Jorge Jiménez Luna; the Director of Institutional Relations of ENDESA, Rafael Sánchez; the President of Andalusian Cluster of Renewable Energies, Alfonso Vargas; and the President of the Maritime Cluster of Andalusia, Javier I. This event is part of the European project MAESTRALE of the Interreg MED programme, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, for the use of marine resources to obtain clean energy in the Mediterranean.

The event will be developed through presentations carried out by different experts from organizations such as Tecnoambiente, Ghenova, EnerOcean, Navantia and CEI·Mar, who will expose the possibilities of Andalusia and the Mediterranean in the generation of renewable marine energy, and the most pioneering projects in this sector.

Finally, there will be a round table in which the doubts and contributions of those attending the event will be listened to, to which the speakers will reply.
